50 PIECE

On this episode we open with a brief discussion of the Kings and Warriors series. Then stories of guns in schools hit too close to home when Rich and I each have a daughter in a school affected by threats. We discuss our concerns and different issues happening locally involving children’s safety. Then Tupac Shakur has been gone 26 years now and still has an impact like none other. His latest documentary on FX has shattered their non-scripted premiere record. We discuss the reasons Pac remains iconic and if there’s any artists in this new generation that can do the same. And the newest trend is Trans-disabled, people without any physical ailments are identifying as disabled. Rich and I give our thoughts and wonder how those actually disabled must be feeling. And then we deep dive into the Highway 80 series (I AIN’T DUCKIN THE SMOKE!) as much as I hoped the Kings would pull through a “50 Piece” from Stephen Curry proves to be too much.
